How much are your services?
While there is a minimum price for our standard written services, set per 100-words, we prefer to discuss your needs and offer a tailored quote.
Do you offer a pay monthly service?
This would fall under our bespoke services category; please get in touch to discuss your needs.
Do I pay before or after work is completed?
We require payment for all tasks upfront; without it, we will be unable to begin work. You can find out more about this by talking to our representative.
Can I get a refund?
If after an initial piece of work is delivered you are unhappy and wish a refund, we would be happy to provide it. However, once we have committed to rewriting and further edits that is not possible.
Your services aren't quite right for me. Can you give me a quote for a custom project?
Our services are but an insight into what we do, so if you need something bespoke, let us know.
Do you conduct keyword research?
Yes, as a team we have many years of experience researching keywords for multiple niches.
I don't have a blog content strategy - can you create one for me?
We call this a content plan/strategy, it is something that we can help you with.

Can I see some of your work?
You can find some projects highlighted on our portfolio page; however, we would be happy to show you more examples.
Can you write a test piece for me?
Yes, but it would be at our standard per 100-word rate. Please use the link above and get in touch for a quote.
Do you provide images?
Whilst we cannot provide unique images, we can source free to use imagery from Pexels.com and other sites. However, that would incurr an additional cost.
How long will it take you to deliver?
When the cost has been agreed and all project questions answered, we will agree a delivery date.
If I am not happy can I request edits?
Yes, we offer a maximum of one rewrite and two further editing rounds per piece. However, we will not add to the scope of a project after the project questions have been answered.
